1. Purpose
Lead the UI / UX of the digital experience design and create world-class visual and interaction aesthetics for in-vehicle experiences.
2. Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for designing user interactions for interior/exterior digital platforms and related products/features.
- Build and optimize user interaction design process, principles, methods and system.
- Lead to create digital design language, innovative concepts, interactive prototype.
- Participate in product planning conception and lead to achieve product usability, customer ends quality.
- Independently lead the digital design plan from business needs, user research, data analysis, user test, industry trends, product strategy, technical solutions.
- Responsible for information architecture definition of digital design, and closely cooperate with the product development and creative teams of each vehicle module to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Lead the interaction design direction of the team, promote the improvement of experience quality, team’s design capacity, and support the team’s advanced research on business.
- With a high sensitivity to the industry and aesthetics, and promote the improvement of the team’s professional development, design vision and product innovation based on business direction and design pillars.
- Lead internal/external interaction/visual design members to achieve aligned targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, art, design, film and game and communication design related majors.
A solid accumulation of design aesthetic theory, have a high passion of beauty and details, love design and have a deep sense of ownership for user experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in 2D or 3D and flexible design of large digital products, technology products, and automotive industries, and can independently lead large and complex product design. Expert of user experience.
Proficient in Figma, PS, Unity, Unreal and other dynamic high- fidelity model design tools.
- Have a broad industry vision and high-quality aesthetic sense.
Have insight into user needs and business requirements, be able to think synthetically, and solve problems creatively.
Have a keen insight into design trends, have a strong interest in various types of cars, digital products, with sense of cross-industry thoughts including not limited within art, game, film, fashion, architecture and be full of spirit of exploration.
Bonus:
Profound industry-leading 2D / 3D and flexible design experience, excellent modeling and video editing experience is preferred.
Have a deep understanding and strong interest in the trend of the smart car industry (with cases).
Be a car enthusiast and have excellent driving experience.
Have a keen sense of vision, insight, and experimentation with the latest method trends in the design industry.
Proficient in expression and communication skills, sensitive enough to information in the global dimension.
Mature project management experience.
Possess broad design capabilities and unique methodology.
